Please Note that some items will be more expensive to ship, and so additional shipping costs are added for large and/or heavy items.

If you are not located in Canada you will recieve an additional payment request for the difference between shipping to a Canadian residence and your international location.

Where do you ship to?
We ship world wide. The e-guide is sent via email, however the process is not yet automated, so please allow 48 hours before contacting us after your purchase. If you have not recieved the email containing your eguide by this point, please contact us and we will re-send it to your email address which you provided when you paid.

How Long will shipping take?
Shipping generally will take around a week to two weeks within North America depending on customs (they are usually very timely). Elsewhere in the world shipping may take between two and four weeks depending on customs in your country and the distance it has to travel to get to your location.

We have had clients from all across North America, England, Austrailia, Sweeden, Norway, Iceland, and New Zealand amoung others.
